Background information: Catherine Banks had always wanted to be a part of the CIA ever since she read about Moira MacTaggert’s great bravery back in the 1960’s in High School. She wanted to be someone like her, a woman who could make a difference in a very man-dominating world. Coming from a military family she had learned a lot of self-defense as well as the use of firearms. Now a field agent, Catherine has now been able to take part in locating rogue mutants and transferring them safely to a place where they would feel belonged.
